He is a builder who has spent 25 years in residential construction, working every trade from framing and electrical to plumbing, finish carpentry, and project management. He has personally built what PraeCraft intends to scale.

The vision for PraeCraft came from a simple observation: the systems that provide shelter, food, and financial access are broken for millions of Americans. Homes are unaffordable. Food deserts persist in urban and rural communities alike. And the financial system excludes more people than it serves.

PraeCraft is Sean's answer: build the physical infrastructure that people need, fund it through a mechanism that everyday Americans can participate in, and tie the value of a digital currency to real assets that generate real income.
